Key Capabilities
Compose and Send
Create rich emails with a visual editor supporting text, images, tables, galleries, and rich link previews. Personalize each email with dynamic fields that are automatically replaced with each recipient's details. See Composing Email for details.
Audience Targeting
Choose who receives your email:
- All members — send to your entire membership base
- Specific membership levels — target one or more membership tiers
- Event registrants — reach people registered for one or more events
- Individual members — send to a specific person
- Custom audiences — combine membership levels and events
Live recipient counts are shown as you build your audience.
Scheduling and Campaigns
Send emails immediately, or schedule them for a specific date and time. For bulk campaigns, you can pause, resume, or cancel sending at any point. See Sending and Delivery for details.
Automated Emails
Set up event-driven emails that are sent automatically — registration confirmations, membership reminders, payment receipts, and more. Each can be customized or disabled. See Automated Emails for details.
Tracking
