All Orbit plans include generous storage for your files, images, videos, and other uploaded content. Storage limits vary by plan — see the pricing page for details.
Monitoring Usage
You can view your current storage usage from Settings > General in the admin portal. The storage overview shows:
- Total storage used — how much of your plan's storage is in use
- Largest files — the 50 largest files by size, so you can quickly identify what's taking up space
Managing Storage
If you need to free up space, you can delete files directly from the storage overview. The largest files list makes it easy to find and remove content you no longer need.
Storage is used across the platform — event images, course videos, resource files, directory photos, announcements, and email attachments all count toward your storage allocation.
