Orbit integrates with a range of third-party services to extend your portal's capabilities — from payment processing and video conferencing to authentication, media, and website embedding. You can also manage all connected integrations from the admin portal under Settings > Integrations.
Authentication
Google Login
Allow members to sign in with their existing Google account, simplifying registration and removing the need for a separate password. Enable or disable from Settings.
Custom OAuth2 / SSO (Higher Tier Plans)
Connect your own OAuth2 identity provider for single sign-on. Supports Auth0, Okta, Azure AD, or any standard OAuth2-compatible provider — ideal for organizations that already manage user identities through a centralized system. See User Management for details.
Payments
Stripe Connect
All payment processing is powered by Stripe Connect. Connect your own Stripe account and receive payments directly — Orbit never holds your funds and charges no commission. Supports one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, member pricing, and a self-service billing portal for members. See Payments for details.
Video Conferencing
Zoom
A deep integration for virtual events. Connect your Zoom account via OAuth and you can create new meetings, link existing meetings or webinars, automatically enroll registrants, and import upcoming Zoom events. Both Zoom meetings and webinars are supported. See Event Integrations for details.
Video Hosting
Cloudflare Stream
When you upload video files to course lessons, they are automatically imported to Cloudflare Stream — a video CDN that transcodes your video into multiple quality levels and streams it globally with adaptive bitrate playback. This is fully automatic with no separate account needed. See Learning Management for details.
YouTube and Vimeo
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL into a course lesson or resource and the video is embedded with a responsive player. Metadata (title, description, thumbnail) is automatically fetched from the platform.
300+ Embed Providers
Resources support over 300 media providers via the oEmbed protocol — including TikTok, Loom, Wistia, Spotify, SoundCloud, and many more. See Resources for details.
Website Integration
Embedding (Any Website)
All major Orbit features — events, courses, resources, directory, announcements, membership pages — can be embedded on any external website using a simple two-line code snippet. The embed auto-sizes, inherits your portal's theme, and supports interactive features like filtering and registration. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, custom HTML, and any platform that supports iframes. See Website Integration for details.
WordPress (Higher Tier Plans)
Higher tier plans include a hosted WordPress site with admin access directly from the Orbit admin portal, automated health monitoring, and daily screenshots. See Website Integration for details.
Images
Unsplash
Search and select images from Unsplash directly within the image picker when creating events, courses, resources, or announcements.
AI Image Generation
Generate cover images using AI, powered by the event, course, or resource title and description. Available in the image picker across the platform.
Maps and Geocoding
OpenStreetMap / Leaflet
The member directory and in-person events use OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service for geocoding addresses and Leaflet for interactive map display. Directory entries are plotted on an interactive map with marker clustering. See Member Directory for details.
Social Media
Open Graph and Twitter Cards
All events, courses, resources, announcements, and member profiles include Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata. When shared on Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Slack, or other platforms, links display with a rich preview including the title, description, and featured image.
Custom Scripts
For any integration not natively supported, you can inject custom script tags into the <head> of every page from Settings > Scripts. This works for third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), chat widgets, tracking pixels, and other tools.
