Every Orbit portal has its own unique URL. Depending on your plan, you can use the default Orbit subdomain or connect your own custom domain.
Default Domain
When you create your portal, it is automatically assigned a URL based on your organization name:
your-organization.orbitams.com
This is available on all plans and works immediately — no configuration required.
Custom Domains (Higher Tier Plans)
Organizations on higher tier plans can connect a custom domain to their portal. This can be any domain you own — for example:
members.yourorganization.comportal.yourorganization.comyourorganization.com
Any top-level domain or subdomain is supported. Once configured, your portal is served entirely from your custom domain, giving your members a seamless branded experience.
To set up a custom domain, configure it from the admin portal under Settings > Domains, and update your DNS records as instructed. See the pricing page for plan details.
